4.6% economic growth forecasted for Iran in current fiscal year

TEHRAN- Latest data released by Iran’s Parliament Research Center sees the country’s economic growth to reach 4.6 percent by the end of the current Iranian calendar year (March 20, 2018).

Meanwhile, the services sector is seen to have the largest share of the growth with 5.9 percent, a significant increase compared to the last year’s figure for this sector which was 3.6 percent.

The agricultural sector will grow by 3.8 percent, a 0.4 percent drop year on year, the same data confirmed.
